This charming and spacious waterfront home on Lake Norman is the ideal setting for family fun, relaxing weekends, and unforgettable getaways. Inside, the split-level layout offers both upper and lower living areas, making it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Whether it’s two movie nights at once, a quiet reading nook, or a space for the kids to play, there’s room for it all. The main level features an open-concept living room, dining area with seating for six, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that makes mealtime a breeze. There are three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level, including a fun bunk bed/full bed combo perfect for kids or the young at heart. Downstairs, you’ll find a large bedroom, another full bathroom, a rec room, and a laundry area, perfect for extended stays.

Step outside and soak in the lake views! The large upper deck is perfect for outdoor dining, with comfy seating and a gas grill for lakeside cookouts. The lower patio opens directly onto the backyard, offering even more space to relax and enjoy the water. (Please note: Guests will not have access to the detached garage.)

LOCATION:

Located in Mooresville, NC, 45 minutes north of Charlotte, NC and conveniently located just off of Interstate 77 at Exit 35. It is a short 6 mile drive to Downtown Mooresville and everything you’ll need and the fun things your family will want to see while visiting Lake Norman, including fantastic restaurant options, craft breweries, shopping. Nearby Lake Norman State Park is 14 miles away and offers a wide variety of lakefront outdoor activities including hiking, canoeing, picnicking, and more. Charlotte, NC is approximately 30 miles south, where you will find world-class dining, theatre, museums, and everything the Queen City is known for! NASCAR fan? Come visit the NASCAR Museum or take a trip to the world-renowned Charlotte Motor Speedway. Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is 24 miles south. **Guests will need to bring beach towels, sunscreen, coffee, coffee filters, coffee pods when applicable, paper towels, toilet paper, personal hygiene products, garbage bags, and dishwashing detergent/pods.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT & GUEST POLICY:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the first day of your reserved dates.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the final day of your reserved dates.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book our vacation rentals, no exception.

No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

CLEANING:

The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay. Guests will be responsible for cleaning and trash disposal during their stay. Please note that your rental agreement will include a cleaning fee for the cleaning following your check-out.
